Nikwax TX.Direct® Spray-On waterproofer is a product that easily and quickly restores the water repellent (DWR) properties of waterproof polyester garments with membranes such as Gore-Tex® and eVent®. You no longer need to dry garments in the automatic dryer, which saves energy and protects older, more delicate garments from high temperatures.
Nikwax TX.Direct® Spray-On is specially designed for breathable waterproof garments. It leaves a flexible water repellent layer (DWR) on the fibers, which allows moisture to wick away while maintaining breathability.
Application with an atomizer allows direct waterproofing of the areas that need it most, such as elbows and jacket seams, without compromising the membranes' ability to transmit moisture. The product also imparts water repellent (DWR) properties.
Nikwax TX.Direct® Spray-On waterproofer is designed to be applied directly to the material with an atomizer. It does not change the appearance of the treated material and is environmentally safe because it does not contain fluorocarbons.
