Depending on the size of the order technical capabilities, we advise the most economical printing method.

FLEX printing

The overprint is created by pressing a special foil cut on the plotter into the material. It is characterized by ideal covering of the material and high durability. The use of foil is associated with the impossibility of obtaining tonal transitions. Ideal solution for printing logos or inscriptions on workwear, T-shirts and polo shirts.

SITODRUK

The overprint is made by squeezing paint through a previously prepared template - matrix (mesh stretched on a frame). With the screen printing method it is possible to obtain single and multi-color prints on materials such as: paper, cardboard, foil, fabric. Made prints are characterized by very high durability and low unit price. Due to the need to make a separate matrix for each color, screen printing is profitable for large print runs and when planning further additions (after cleaning the matrix can be reused).

Computer embroidery

Computer embroidery is the most elegant and durable way to decorate clothing. It is resistant to repeated washing at high temperatures. It is an excellent way to highlight a graphic design in a three-dimensional way. Embroidery can be used on many different types of clothing and in many different ways. It is especially recommended for polo shirts, on shirts, tracksuits, jackets and fleeces and caps, etc. However, it is not recommended for use on fabrics under 180g.

We work on 3 new industrial digital embroidery machines from "Melco". Thanks to our experience and these machines, we achieve perfect embroidery, a professional corporate look on any finished garment, available in a wide selection from our warehouse. We can embroider not only on standard pieces of clothing but also on a wide range of different garments and accessories such as fleeces, caps, pants, etc. according to our customers' requests. Through beautiful embroidery on corporate clothing, we provide an elegant way to present logos in public places. Clothes can be personalized with embroidered names or numbers. We can also embroider emblems, patches and applications.

Using embroidery:

Embroidery is an excellent technique because it is ideal for all types of garments, corporate, promotional, uniform items, work
and others according to customer needs.
From large organizations to small businesses, embroidery on apparel is an excellent way to decorate employees' clothing, providing excellent brand
presence and recognition. Embroidery on promotional clothing ensures its durability
and elegance for a long time.

Advantages of embroidery:

  • Exceptional high quality finish
  • Elegant and sophisticated appearance
  • Outstanding accuracy and high durability

Limitations:

  • Limitations of perfect reproduction of intricate graphic designs

Reasonable production cost
One of the main advantages of using embroidery is the low preparation costs and low cost of materials. This means that a sophisticated design can be realized at a reasonable cost. The low cost of embroidery makes this method of decorating garments available to both small companies (small series of garments) and large organizations with large workforces. Embroidery is a very complicated process, so prices can vary greatly depending on the project. We make every effort to keep costs at an attractive level.

Prices depend on these several factors:

  • Number of pieces of the order
  • Level of difficulty of the project. The number of stitches in the embroidery design
  • Size and shape of the embroidery

Embroidery decoration method is possible when ordering min 6 pieces of clothing. However, it becomes uneconomical when the embroidery area is very large.
The cost of the preparation room is charged only once, with the preparation of the embroidery program. Any renewal of the same pattern will not be charged with it.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • sometimes it is very difficult to get an accurate reproduction in embroidery of logos and graphics, especially if they are complex and have many tones and shading,
  • the minimum height of letters in embroidery is 5 mm,

therefore, we need to see the logo or graphic design to confirm whether it can be done and guarantee the highest quality finish with a reasonable quote for the project. Some designs may require slight modification before they can be embroidered. For example, small text under 4-5 mm may need to be enlarged, and designs with very fine details may need to be simplified to achieve the best finish.

HAFT - how is it done?
First, the design is created in a special digital format called a DST file. The digitizer must reproduce the graphic design using stitches. Since embroidery is somewhat three-dimensional, exciting effects can be added to some graphic designs to "lift" a normally flat graphic. We then use this file and worksheet to precisely program the machines to embroider the logo or graphic design ensuring a perfect finish. Once this file is sent to the machine, the garment is fixed in place using a special bracket that holds the embroidered surface of the garment in an immobilized position. Color-appropriate threads are inserted into the machine and the entire process is started. After the embroidery is completed, the garment undergoes a detailed quality control, excess material and threads are removed. The garment is then folded
and packaged. The embroidery is designed so that the result is always a high-quality finish.

GRAPHIC FILES TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS - TECHNICAL INFORMATION
