Insulated work clothes are not only jackets, but also vests, sweatshirts or hats. A well-composed outfit will provide thermal insulation, but also allow excess heat to escape. This is especially important during strenuous physical work, when the body heat increases significantly (even by half a degree Celsius, which does not seem a large number, but affects the comfort of the specialist, the ability to make decisions, fatigue).
